Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s L.A. Megamansion Back on the Market Asking $52 Million

Date:

The megamansion once shared by Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck is back on the market, listed for $52 million, a significant drop from its previous asking prices. The news comes amid reports of the couple’s divorce, adding another layer to the story of the home they purchased together.

The 38,000-square-foot estate, located in the exclusive Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles, was acquired by the couple in May 2023 for a reported $60.85 million. It boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, and is described as having “unrivaled” privacy and security. The property’s amenities include a sports complex with a basketball court, pickleball court, gym, and boxing ring, as well as a 12-car garage and parking for up to 80 vehicles.

The mansion was first listed for sale in July 2024 for a staggering $68 million. After failing to find a buyer, the price was reduced to nearly $60 million in May 2025. The home was then taken off the market in July before being re-listed with the new, lower price of $52 million. This represents a total price cut of $16 million from its original asking price.

The re-listing of the home has been widely reported as a sign of the finality of the couple’s separation. Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce from Ben Affleck in August 2024, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Their divorce was finalized in January 2025. Both have since reportedly purchased new homes in the Los Angeles area.
