Di judge, Justice James Omotosho, talk say even though e know say Kanu dey sick, e no go gree for di transfer wey Kanu want.2 Instead, di judge talk say di President of di Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) must set up one panel of medical experts to go check Kanu’s health status and check if di DSS hospital get di right equipment to treat am.3

Di court give di NMA panel just eight days to do dem investigation and submit dem report.4 Di judge talk say e go use di report to decide if e go finally gree make dem transfer Kanu go National Hospital.

Kanu’s lawyer bin dey argue say di IPOB leader get “life-threatening heart condition” and other health issues wey need urgent attention. But di lawyer wey dey represent di Federal Government bin oppose di request, say say Kanu’s health condition no too serious as dem dey claim and say e fit cause security problem if dem carry am go National Hospital.5

This ruling show say di court want to get independent report on Kanu’s health before dem make final decision on top di matter.
